Corporate doesn’t care about the employee at all. My store is still missing a sign and has been for months now. They don’t care. From having rats to roaches and always a broken AC. They have no real structure and don’t give employees anything. Manager turnover rate is just as bad as employees.

Rubys started losing money and it showed, they took away our employ discount, they took away job positions and expected everyone else to pick up the slack. They let people stay that created a hostile work environment and seem to just stop caring about the employees. This past year they were opened on Christmas and usually its all-volunteer base when it comes to the winter holidays, however they got really busy and the managers could not keep up, so they decided it would be mandatory to work for all further Christmas's, even if the employee had worked every other holiday that year, or if the employee was under 18.
