"Upper management is a big joke, they did the bait and switch with starting wage told me one thing and my interview and when i went in to sign everything they opps here is the wage we will give u, i should have walked then, second they micromanaging so much u cant get anything done, plus u would have this half ash supervisor come by everyday to look over ur shoulder, when i hired my assistant she told me that while she was in the main office one of the lady there said we do what we want so stay in line" ((in 4 reviews)); "Extremely poor performing upper management" ((in 2 reviews))

Middle management is horrible and makes the work structure too top heavy. Marcus (Maintenance Manager) never shows up, doesn't answer his phone, and keeps you from completing tasks by not giving you purchase orders to keep on track for strenuous goals. The middle management routinely steals the bonuses from employees and strives to keep dishonest and poor workers on hand. They cannot keep employees because they pay so poorly. I was eventually placed in a position that Marcus had worked in with a three man team. One person was expected to work three times harder for these greedy jerks.
