Pros

The strongest aspect of the company is the people. You will meet hardworking, talented, and genuinely kind colleagues who support each other through daily challenges.

Cons

The company faces significant structural issues. There is little to no healthy work-life balance. It is common to see employees working beyond their contracted hours without proper compensation or recognition. There is constant pressure to meet targets that often feel misaligned with operational reality. The level of responsibility and mental load is high, yet compensation does not reflect the complexity and demands of the role. Turnover appears to be high, which affects team stability and process continuity. Internal changes happen frequently and are often implemented without clear planning or sufficient training. The organizational culture is concerning. Behaviors that could be perceived as intimidation or disrespect occur regularly, including at senior leadership levels. Transparency in decision-making is limited, and there is a noticeable perception of favoritism in promotions and recognition. There is no clear or structured career path, and growth opportunities feel inconsistent. For international employees, benefits are minimal or nonexistent. There have been situations where employees facing serious health challenges were terminated rather than supported through difficult periods, raising concerns about the company’s approach to employee well-being. Additionally, departures are often handled with little professionalism or acknowledgment, reinforcing a broader pattern of limited appreciation for employees’ contributions. At one point, there was internal encouragement for employees to leave positive reviews on this platform, which raised concerns about leadership’s focus on external reputation rather than addressing recurring internal feedback. There are also observable disparities in how certain groups, particularly women, are treated, making the environment more challenging for those seeking equitable and respectful professional growth.

Pros

Pay is pretty good. Hours are good. Recruiters have been friendly and supportive.

Cons

Job wasn't what I expected, did mostly picking for the first several months before getting to do other things. Took a long time to get trained in other things but am now getting to do more

Pros

No more Monday Morning Meeting’s

Cons

- Monday Morning Meeting’s (IYKYK) As a new employee you’ll probably enjoy these meetings and think they are insightful at first. But over time they become unbearable and hard to sit through listening to the owner of the company ramble on and on about nonsense, politics, personal issues, all in front of the entire company (great way to start EVERY week). He’ll even belittle employees and senior directors or managers, it’s actually shocking and I often found my jaw on the floor hearing some of the things he’d say or share with every single employee. - A lot of these reviews have done a wonderful job summarizing this companies culture, management style, and ownership. No company is perfect but this one is far from it.
