      Lots of room to grow and move up in the company

      Cons

      Decisions are made at a whim with out logic or reasoning. They have handled the pandemic very carelessly and have exposed employees to covid by not putting in strong enough protections. Each building operates as a separate entity, there is no SOP.

      Working here, I really feel the team’s unity. From acquisitions to legal, we handle it all. It’s rewarding to see how each department syncs up.

      Beautiful properties. beautiful curb appeal

      Cons

      They treat their maintenance staff like children. always yelling at them. watching them like they are always going to steal something. I left after a few months. don't need the stress. so much other companies to pick from Russo should be on the bottom of every respectable maintenance tech . manager
