Environment that allows for personal initiative. Plenty of great colleagues to learn from. Company focus (with budget) on social activities, events and building international connections between offices, employees. Big push towards intrapreneurship and renewal within the company. Good change leadership. Genuinely curious management at C-level.
Cons
Aging management (knowing stakeholder management and how to speak with men at 60+ is pretty key for success) Competitive & sometimes a few sharp elbows. Some processes for collaboration between departments are lacking.
