      -Good team of people to work with -If you do not have telecom experience you can learn a lot

      -Low pay -The company uses micromanagement software that tracks how many keystrokes and mouse clicks you make, and takes screen shots at random intervals -Software does not work properly -Opportunity for advancement is minimal
