      Good starting job, but toxic environment and low pay

      Good as a starting job to get to the career you want.

      Cons

      • Low pay • Partners are lazy and don’t contribute • No recognition for hard work • Over worked during busy season • Unprofessional behaviour displayed with partners openly verbally abusing and dismissing staff in front of other employees • Made me feel as though anywhere else I worked wouldn’t live up to working for this company when it was in fact the complete opposite!

      Supportive team with great work-life balance, but busy

      Great work life balance. wonderful team. I have been supported with training for my role and to help me progress. The benefits are pretty good as well

      very busy small team there is a lot going on can be challenging to keep up.

      I have never been happier in an employment

      Pros

      The company itself is amazing. I have been here now for 8 months and still loving every minute. The team is great; my boss is a proper leader (and so is his) and I feel supported and valued. We have a strong brand and all pulling into one direction. I have never been happier in an employment - may this last for a long time.

      Cannot see any yet - very happy.
