      Just.....terrible

      Pros

      My immediate supervisor was very nice before he got laid off he was great, that's all.

      Cons

      The upper leadership/ownership of this company is atrocious. They should be sued for harassment, wrongful termination, and so much more. Completely unprofessional, rude, demeaning. If you are in the states and not used to snobby Europeans, get ready. They will make fun of you for being a fat lazy American and look down on you. Meanwhile you will do all of the work and they are on vacation 16 weeks a year. Alberto, Antoine, Daniella and Ben Petsy, all just evil, arrogant, terrible people.

      A good job can be the foundation of a good life

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, satisfying projects to work on, great relationships with many coworkers past and present whom I count as friends, they'll pay for you to get additional education, opportunities for travel, and in the end we make products that contribute to a lot of people's lives.

      Cons

      Human Resources was a bit sketchy for a few years but it's better today, and obviously any job has little moments of tension and uncertainty

      Pros

      I have been working at SAATI for 2 years now and I can say that I feel a big sense of belonging even if I've been here for not so long. It is great place to grow up as a professional and to gain experience. Good work-life balance. Fair wage for my position. You can really feel that is like working in a family. Good induction program for the "new entries" that helps you to understand how the company is structured and how it works very fast.

      Cons

      Luckily and happily, I have nothing to complain about! Of course, there has been some difficult moments, as there are in every company, so I don't have negative feedback to report.
