Upper management on the national and international levels have made massively poor choices and it’s costing shareholders and regular people their jobs.

Co-workers across the organization are nice and were helpful when de-stressing about the current apocalyptic nature of the company, benefits were better than previous employers I've worked for

Cons

To anyone who is even thinking of working here: you'll burn out within an year, if you're lucky. Upper management doesn't manage much of anything, very bad business decisions have lost the company plenty of customers, company takes nearly a year to replace co-workers whom quit (which causes even more to jump ship), workload is currently tremendous as the company is in dire straights.

Pros

Has the feel of a large company, but is actually a smaller organization. Has a good benefits package. Pay is comparable to the market. I like my boss and the team that I work with. It's a good place to work overall. Good promotional opportunities if you are a good performer.

Cons

A lot of changes in the last few years. Growing pains at the moment, but nothing that we can't work through with time and commitment.
