Opt in opt out work schedule. Very convenient for people looking for something on the side. Paid training opportunities Very accessible for young people Free hot drinks on shift

Underpaid under 21 staff, kept them on a lower wage than promised. Took them years to resolve the issue but didn’t backdate lost pay. Shifts don’t come often Management horrible to staff in parts of the stadium
