      I cannot think of any.

      Cons

      Loud and chaotic office environment. Nobody was ever on the same page with anything. Did not feel like I was part of a team or anything. Only time we were given any company updates were during the quarterly town halls. The list can go on and on.

      Growing organization, CEO cares about everyone in organization no matter what position they are

      Cons

      HR Manager micromanages, there is no training, hard work is not recognized, HR manager expects employees to complete tasks in a certain way yet she never explains how she wants it completed, HR manager criticizes and belittles you for making mistakes after being in the role for only a few weeks
