- Poor Management: There is a clear lack of management organisation, my site has been without a line manager for months now leaving us unable to place and receive orders Management also do not visit sites, provide any induction training, and are poor at replying to any communications. - Disrespectful to employees Previous line managers have been rude and unreasonable to employees suggesting it was irresponsible to make complaints about management as we have to be ‘team players’ despite not having any support from management - Disorganised policies Lack of employee handbook with policies, display inaccurate policies in the employee portal and then penalise employees for not conforming to policy despite not having any knowledge of the ‘correct’ policies. Eg. Holiday notices being displayed incorrectly - Disrespectful to non-English employees Claim they are supportive of employees with little to no English skills (as they often employ immigrant workers) yet do not provide any support for said employees, often leaving them with no way to navigate their own hours or pay, and refusing to communicate in an accessible way. - Complaints process As an employee, there is no direct way to contact HR, all complaints must be taken through the line manager with no way to take it higher/ complain about a line manager If you have the option, AVOID THIS COMPANY! You are a number and they do not care about you
