Pros

A lot of opportunities to take on more work and get experience. Great for starting out after college. Pay was low but pretty great benefits.

Cons

Low pay for a lot of work which can lead to burnout.

Pros

It feels good to help people

Cons

Management is really disconnected from everyone else and generally does not understand how work gets done. This leads to uninformed decision making and wasted time and resources. HR is disrespectful and unprofessional. There are no resources for addressing problems, especially when HR is the problem. You can get fired for speaking up. Poverty wages.
