Pros

Better pay than similar WAH positions. Good perks for upsells. Every employee is offered personal time for sickness/unexpected circumstances. Good employee discounts. Flexible scheduling.

Cons

Not enough time in schedule to ask questions and interact with other employees and supervisors. Some coaches are not very good or helpful.

Pros

Pay is great for a call center. You get nice shift differentials for 2nd, 3rd and weekends. You are also paid weekly. Great group of people. Fun job. You stay busy and the time flies. Flexible shifts. Very flexible and generous about giving you time off, if you need a specific day, adding hours. Working from home is the best. You can get commissions in addition to hourly pay. Not required to worked to work holidays. Management is great.

Cons

Only allowed to work up to 29 hours a week. This means you need another source of income. Scheduled to work 2-3 hour shifts instead of longer shifts. Communication is lacking a bit. Takes a long time to get a response. Schedules are barely ever the same. No benefits.

Training Nightmare

Pros

Discounts Schedule Seasonal WAH Easy Interview

Cons

The on boarding was very disorganized. Instructions were not clear, and our only way of communication with the trainers, was via private message, which a lot of times went unanswered Training is a disaster. Instructions have not been clear. We have not practiced any of our job responsibilities enough to be able to perform them. We had one 30 minute role-play session on Wednesday, which a lot of people did not get to participate in, and they threw us on the phones yesterday with no notice. When we asked if we would have time to properly take notes and practice, we were met with condescending and crass responses about following along with the trainer. The training materials were not used. There are at least 50 training modules that we did not do, which would’ve been helpful and learning how to use the system properly. One trainer in particular Crystal Graham, has been extremely rude when concerns are expressed about us being prepared. Yesterday, after a 5 minute tutorial on how to use the phone system, we were thrown on the phones. Many people do not even have their phone set up properly because the tutorial was so rushed. Training is also very secluded. We do not have the opportunity to interact with our classmates to practice or support one another in any way. Our only interaction is with our trainers via private message, which often gets ignored. We started with almost 50 people in our class and now we are down to about 15.
