      Toxic management, poor progression.

      Pros

      Good pay. Good camaraderie amongst junior employees.

      Cons

      Very toxic senior management, always move goalposts and pile pressure on to try and get more out of you. Rarely reward good work. No training, development or career progression. The culture is to accept the toxic management and work around them. Work is repetitive and the company is years behind competitors on outreach strategies. Also very poor place for EDI, limited diversity in workforce.

      A hostile environment that drains you

      Stable salary. Coworkers tried to support each other despite the culture. Interesting industry.

      Cons

      Management treats employees like numbers, not people. No tolerance for mistakes or learning, which creates fear instead of growth. Female colleagues often undermined rather than supported one another, creating an especially hostile environment. Communication from management is poor, unclear and inconsistent. Heavy micromanagement with little trust. Minimal training or career development opportunities. Toxic behavior tolerated from senior management level. Workplace culture was manipulative and made day-to-day work feel unbearable. Extremely high turnover people quit constantly.
