Cons
Having to work under a micromanager who expects staff to copy her in every single email. Shows no respect for subordinates, constantly uses intimidation and fear on them. Telling lies and make you feel like it was your fault that a lie had to be told. Taking information and twisting it around to her advantage / using it against her staff or other colleagues. An all-around textbook narcissist who lacks empathy, constantly breaks rules and defy the status quo and being highly manipulative.
