Pros
Junior management and executive level colleagues are helpful to each other. Friendly local environment (no german management in the factory). Not much overtime and able to go home on time.
Cons
Autocratic CEO who works there for more than 2 decades and runs like his own chinese family business. Biasness in the middle/upper management. Employees having affairs (within the upper/middle management and lower levels). Salary is not competitive and company has "take it or leave it" kind of mentality.
