      Pros

      I worked for SCI for a few years before changing positions due to a location change with family. The upper management cares about its employees and if you communicate, you are heard. I would recommend this company to anyone who is hard-working and goal driven. Also great team driven company.

      Can be fast-paced and stressful at times.

      If you work hard and produce the company notices. They were very fair and upfront with me. I would recommend this place for a fast paced, hard working person. As well, they allow for growth within the company.
