They had fruit for snacks to encourage healthy eating They also had a few social gatherings that were fun. Genuinely cared about your well being- if there was an upcoming snowstorm they would encourage everyone to work from home for the rest of the day.

Cons

Low pay and bonus was very minimal Stressful when people who were denied credit would demand to speak with the credit department.
