Culture is wonderful. Team is stellar. Executive Director is the best there is, honorable with the highest level of integrity. Upper Management is hands on and open door. Communication is top notch. Benefits are exceptional. Turnover is low and retention is high.

No support from uppers. They expect you to know everything without training or assistance. They stay in the office and do not care about employees in the classrooms.
