      It's a good place to see how much nyou can tolerate in the mental health field, but a dead-end job onless you plan to be

      Pros

      Good relationships with co-workers. All holidays off and weekends off.

      Cons

      Dead-end job onless you plan to be a teacher, who will constantly be flooded with paperwork and meetings. Teacher's don't get to teach here, the assistants do all the teaching. A teacher should be called an administrator. Their work never stops. Another con, is no benefits onless contracted and no raise onless contracted.
