      Some people really care about the future of the company

      Cons

      Lots of cliques, long tenured people with no desire to embrace change, very much is the way we've always done it.

      Most dysfunctional place I've worked

      Pros

      Some good people work there, no meeting Fridays, summer hours on Fridays (1/2 days)

      Cons

      No accountability for employees that are unable to do their jobs, no real onboarding, leader doesn't work with you on individual goals, lack of communication and often leaders don't communicate project changes, people get promoted based on who their friends are and tenure, lots of in office people spend a good portion of her day playing basketball and pushing their work off on others.

      Great company to work for

      The culture here is great! Employee satisfaction surveys are always in the 95%-98% range.

      Cons

      Technology a bit behind but investment in current projects will bring it up to date.
