Not what I expected

Pros

- early days - benefits - values of company

Cons

- management is terrible - no opportunities to move up - clicks and behind in diversity - favoritism - management is two faced and does not care for the people - work load is impossible to do - lack of organization for vacation time( you get files when you are taking vacay time) - unbalance of work among teams. One person can have 140 claims and another have 80. Unfair* - pay - work life balance is thrown because of how much you have to do and the stress you have. You will have to work weekends to keep up with the workload. This creates a poor work life balance. - certain departments do not follow the company values In the end they showed true colors. Apparently my manager did not like me per HR but my supervisor never showed that to me. In the end it was a two faced company saying one thing to my face and another behind my back.
