      Will make above industry accommodations for employees. Day-to-day work more comfortable than industry standard.

      Cons

      Lower than industry pay. More conservative in business approach than competitors, Can make work quality more difficult for performance reviews and bonus potential.

      Great culture. Great work life balance. Genuine people. Very informative training staff for new and existing employees.

      Cons

      Competitive pay scale but could be better. Platforms could be better but still operationally sound.
