Pros
Empowering and people driven culture. As a new person to SEI, I felt empowered to share and act on ideas to improve the organization. New CIO after founder and 50y CEO finally retired is injecting much needed energy and direction to the business.
Cons
There are antiquated processes and ways of thinking...but the new CEO is changing that. If you are willing to embrace change, SEI is a great place to work as the org is undergoing a rapid transformation.
