- Numerous advantages include but not limited to : fast moving environment, a wide open team spirit, young teammates and a thirst for new NLP related technologies. - As a matter of fact, integration is easy at SESAMm, one can easily find his/her marks. - Depending on the business line, you’ll likely to be specialized on a field, but not without having a perspective on every technical field. And I think it’s a perfect balance for every young engineer. - every SESAMm location is mid-town central, which is an achievement ! - international team
Cons
- it has the flaw of its advantages : sometimes the fast moving environment and new projects flow gives an impression of organizational deficiency, but it is getting repaired as we speak with a solid, collaborative environment. - integration can sometimes be fuzzy for senior people. Not especially hard, but fuzzy at start. - it lacks a product team. Tech people are perfect in the way they interact as well as individual contributions, and we need people who can orchestrate these interactions.
