Pros

Working at SFG20 has been an incredibly positive journey for me. It's exhilarating to be part of a fast-growing company that harbors big ambitions. The pace is dynamic, and the future looks promising, making every day exciting and fulfilling. The benefits package at SFG20 is truly remarkable. From day one, I've felt genuinely valued, not just as an employee but as a key part of the company's future. There's a tangible emphasis on personal development, which is deeply embedded in the company culture, offering numerous opportunities for professional growth. Work-life balance is not just a buzzword here; it's a practice. The management's adaptive style is also noteworthy, as it caters to individual needs and working styles, creating a supportive and productive environment.

Cons

Given my positive experience, I find it challenging to pinpoint areas for improvement. The company is on a growth trajectory, and with that comes the usual growing pains, but these are addressed proactively and thoughtfully.

Pros

The colleagues are awesome and are such lovely people Kirsty the CEO is genuinely lovely

Cons

There is little to no job security The product used to be good but a new version was released too quickly and the features are a bit naff, leading to a reduced number of sales and if you're depending on commission - you're out of luck.

Pros

Above all, the Senior Leadership Team at SFG20 strives to support every employee in every aspect of their professional development, to the extent that you no longer feel an employee, but rather a partner, someone whose voice is heard and valued. I can only describe the ethos of SFG20 as culture of excellence and kindness.

Cons

I can't find any downsides. Some of my colleagues have been with SFG20 for nearly 20 years; there must be a reason for that.
