      Pros

      Have been working here for 3 years, good team and colleagues, managers who are willing to take one step further to help you out.

      Cons

      - Top management doesn’t know what they are doing. Full of excuses , and will just find a way to get their way through. The usual reply WE WILL LOOK INTO THIS , yet nothing has been done. - LOW PAY , no career advancement, seriously not worth the stress.

      Great vision and product offering, poor leadership and management

      Pros

      * Great product set and vision set by the company. * All subsidiary business units have a fantastic product and service offering.

      Cons

      * Poor leadership in Asia Pacific * Executive management is bullish * Constant chop and change of direction * Culture and values and not adhered to from top down approach * Employees are not valued - overworked and underpaid. No work life balance.
