Sr Management went south with leadership. They got rid of leaders that cared about personal and professional development and got a bunch of "My way or the highway" type of bosses. There was not clear expectations or directions. No where to grow.

There is a lot of things to learn and if you know nothing of annuities, this can be a lot at the begining, and maybe its just the year of change but there is so much going on the company and so many things that they are changing its hard to keep up with their slightly high expectations. Sometime management ignores you, or doesn't answer your questions while answering other people.
