Office location, but that's pretty much it.

If you work here you will be emotionally manipulated and completely run down. Management has no regard for anyone below them, and expects everyone to worship the company. It's clear that the so called "mission" the company puts forward is of no real importance. They're not in it to change the game or contribute anything positive. They're in it to further their egos and collect their money. Employees are weirdly competitive with each other. I couldn't trust anyone and felt like anyone would throw me under the bus at any moment to help their own position. The list could go on. Take your talent elsewhere.
