      Pros

      The benefits and the people are great! The location is nice and comfortable and the industry itself is awesome - doing great things for our futures.

      Cons

      Too much control from HQ/Germany, hardly any autonomy locally. Processes are antiquated and impede efficiency without any improvements in sight. Every year the company has either massive layoffs or a huge hiring flux. The CEO seems to change direction too often, and is spreading himself and the company too thin by entering into a lot of different and new ventures without "fixing" what is wrong within the original company.

      Salary but nothing else good

      Cons

      This company has the most toxic culture i have ever seen, the managers threaten people over chats,lunch time breaks their were monitored,every single personal chat is monitored.
