Automation is a fascinating technology that keeps you drawn. High turnovers mean job openings for you.

Cons

Culture is hire and fire so don't screw up or you'll be surprised by your termination. Always yes sir follow me or no sir then you're gone. Employees aren't allowed to disagree or speak up so keep it to yourself because management is never wrong. The culture club was designed to be cliquish. Morale is low and everyone is afraid of management. Join the ping-pong club so you can avoid work, that's how it's done there. Who's idea was it to approve it?

Everybody but a few on ELT.

Cons

ELT - Until changes are made at the President and Sales side, stay away. To many inefficiencies and turnover because of ELT. Good but mature technology. Hard work and effort not recognized. Only politics and nepotism rule.
