      Pros

      Very little if any. Stay aware from this company if you are looking for a good place to work.

      Cons

      The CEO thinks a lot of himself. Egotistical. Does not have a clue on how to use managers to effectively run the organization. Direction changed daily. Hired to do a job as a manager, never did it nor allowed to. CEO Arrogant. Never knew what the organization was trying to accomplish.

      Nice location in Carlsbad, California.

      Cons

      Just the worst managed workplace. A lot of low skilled workers from Mexico and working conditions remind me of some forced labor factory in China. Management treats employees poorly, berates and belittles workers in front of others. Owner is on a ego trip of epic proportions. Gets super mad super fast and dresses down any one that gets on his "bad side". Terrible benefits, lousy wages, racist supervisors. All adds up to one of the worst places I've worked. After one year of this place and finally getting some pto time out of them, I quit. On my way out their designated goon confronted me in parking lot. I had to call police to get my belongings out and safely away. DON'T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!
