Pros
If you have the ear off the right person, typical career growth can happen and compensation. They also have an education reimbursement program (paid after successful completion, not before).
Cons
At the facility I worked at (there are currently 9 sites globally), it was difficult to get respected by my department manager for my knowledge and capabilities, which seemed to come from feeling threatened by both (rather than delighted). My manager went so far as to take credit for my work and blame me for his mistakes. None of the men serving in the same capacity as I was experienced this behavior from management. This attitude trickled down to my peers , until I was treated poorly by all the men in my department. Previous department management was not like this in years prior, but it is this way now... The health insurance is not good coverage, dental and vision are decent, but it's very expensive to add family members to any of the available plans. Drinks and snacks are also expensive...
