The pay scale is low with poor benefits and minimal to non-existent annual raises. Favoritism and bullying are a daily occurrence, unless you are one of the former Nypro employees who migrated there after that company got acquired. Instead of being commended for exceeding an expectation (other than a foolish award recommendation called a "red barn" that means absolutely nothing), the additional effort required to achieve this becomes part of your standard job description. This keeps occurring until it's almost impossible to meet their inflated expectations. They recently lost Philips Healthcare as a largest customer and made a hastily misguided purchase of Oval Medical Technologies, only to discover after the fact that the product lines weren't fully compatible. This, combined with financially overextending themselves with the purchase of their new Devens, MA facility caused their credit rating to drop. A very unhealthy, bureaucratic place to work.
