      Cons

      Everything. Management are rude and treat staff like they are disposable. No training offered and when I did ask questions, I was given different answers by the same person. Told to do something then when I did it, got told it was wrong. Horrible blame culture, rude and toxic work environment. Anyone thinking of working here, don't do it - you deserve better!

      quick promotion due to qiuck fluctuation at the staff, oportunity to try oneself in different jobs, overview on several fields of productino due to not clear resp. definition

      Cons

      bad product quality, lot of rookies in the staff, slow processes, slow process developments, slow engineering developments, not clear responsibility definiton, lot of work and fight with co-departments, slow decesion making
