SMRTL is the most toxic environment I have worked in. Many employees enjoy gossip, bullying, and engage in other unprofessional behavior. And it would seem that the job is less important than popularity. It’s not a place I would recommend unless that is activity you prefer to engage in. It’s surprising there aren’t more bad reviews as, during my time there, I saw many employees get bullied out of their positions there. There is also some notable nepotism.

Great people, great benefits, relaxed work atmosphere.

Cons

No room for advancements. Pay very low compared to other entry level jobs. Office politics sometimes was more toxic than previous workplaces I've been at.
