      Colleagues are nice and share the same frustrations

      Cons

      Too many to list Upper management is scared to voice their opinions for fear of their job No real HR to support, they just run to executives zero anonymity. No sick time, vacation is low and you don’t get to take it, pay is low, no short term disability so you take vacation even if you have an appointment. If you don’t pay ping pong you aren’t allowed breaks. They give you alcohol which is supposed to make you want to work 24/7.

      Nice company and product not as good managment and pay

      Good Atmosphere with employees, friendly and helpful

      Cons

      The way is managed is very narrow minded and cliquey. Pay is an issue, very tight on this more than once heard not deliverying what was promised prior to start.
