      Pros

      I don't think of any Pros. It can give you a head start in IT field.

      Cons

      Be careful who your manager is. Certain Managers only promot the people of their like and completely ignore the candidate who brings the best NPS.

      Pros

      Support organization is well structured and if you are hard working, you are identified and given promotions and raises.Learning curve will be exponential. Managers are very professional and the leadership takes care of you very well. You feel the team spirit.

      Cons

      WFH for 2 days strictly enforced. In few months down the line it will be 3 days a week. Including Fridays. Not everyone is professional. You have to interact with some people who needs ethical training. A couple of colleagues from a different team always make derogatory comments about women and foul language. One of their leads has quite a reputation among support team for his drinking. Many felt unsafe in christmas party last year. Difficult to collaborate with other team members across various time zones.
