      They fish for positive reviews

      My coworkers outside of leadership were fantastic up until they quit.

      I remember being asked many times to provide a positive Glassdoor review any time a negative one was posted. The same was asked when we were issued surveys regarding Spectraforce being a 'Great Place to Work.' It was always uncomfortable to be asked repeatedly. That is why their Glassdoor rating is so unusually high, its been completely skewed with these types of reviews. I've even seen some ratings on their annual all-hands meeting called the Summit, and find it really odd to be rating a meeting on a public forum. There are a lot of things you need to watch out for at this company, so be sure you are reading between the lines and are heeding the warnings that are here.

      Don't even work there yet and I don't want to work for them

      They are in constant contact and push you into a job

      Cons

      They will call you 19 times in 1 day about the same job making you want to tell them no. The benefits they offer are pathetic $7k deductible or preventive health and catastrophic.

      I was contacted for a job by spectraforce technology. It's been a joke ever since. None of the recruiter there can speak in English that you can understand. They are rude and forcfull when it comes to any job openings. They have left me several ignorant and rude voice message. Don't deal with this company it a wast of anyone time and to be treated with such disrespectful, reduculous. Is horrible
