Pros
Very laid back company. They tell you the job to do and expect you to get it done. The owner tries his best to keep good culture at the core of the company.
Cons
Stuck between trying to be a big corporation and a small town business. They have hired multiple managers that know “big business” but do not know anything about what the company does.

people are wonderful, they do want to be a great company and have a vision for it.
Cons
lack of experience with cultivating younger talent, limited growth if starting in ops. Sales runs the company no questions asked culture doesn't apply to certain higher ups
