Mgement is useless because of follwing reason: 1) They come daily in work area and talk abt secret things openly . 2) They shout and disturb everyone in the workarea, daily - non sense 3) They cannot calculate simple 10% incrmt in 30 days and shamelessly stop incrmnt 4) Cannot explan logic of same incrmnt for all - rich geting rich and poor becoming poor - complete ilogic 5) They talk abt skf then gsk and then something and then do noithing. Everyone stuck in same place for long time and close one geting promotion 6)Useless It mgr insulting everyone including managers. mgrs cannot speak because there is financial arrangement betn director and it person in buying equpment. 7) Highly corrupt company 8) Provide work from home and then do not give. 9) Provide flxible hrs and then stop from using 10) take feedback from employees and then do nothing Never join this stupid company.. 5)

Idiots have been made to sit at the management level in india office. No one knows how things work, they are just there as a parasites for the UK head office. Always ready to please their seniors who sit in UK office, and in this process people in india office are getting humiliated and pressurized unnecessarily. There's no respect for anyone. Think, thrice, I said thrice, before joining this dumb bunch of mannerless people Even UK team is not aware about the ground realities of India office. They are living in fool's paradise.
