Pros

Able to achieve Platinum trophy 🏆 Missions and side quests were relatively easy Able to achieve all the quest as there wasn't any micro managing of tasks Road to final boss and level upgrades can be achieved as long as you are pro active in group chats to show you're doing "work". Even if tightening a screw please update the group chat to let all the bosses know 😁

Cons

Too many NPC than main heroes. All the NPC had too much eye power which didn't contribute in the journey. Level and rank upgrades are hard as they look at how many messages you send in the group chat. Skill upgrades are hard as if you're playing modern warfare 2 on an EOL PlayStation 1. Not enough gold to purchase good items for the family and characters as the increment can't even beat the game inflation. The game developer concentrate too much on politics rather than the storyline. Bosses will always say "Noted we will take a look". Which will be the same words as every bosses you face in evrry chapter. Bosses will straight away 1 hit k.o you without letting you explain your situation. There are some knowledgeable players but some are pretending to be level 99, 100% health but 0% damage, meaning know nuts about technology. Friendly fire unable to disable so in bosses fight they tend to back stab you first. 😂

Pros

Advanced technology, extremely great place to learn due to the extensive scale of projects. Able to learn full scale of software, from Low level to high level architecture, is the software engineer is keen about learning and proactive at doing. My direct superiors were software proficient as well, and division Dy HD is extremely motivational.

Cons

Some management involved in the tech projects might be ex-military and has poor understanding of software methodology / technology. Furthermore they draw a sizeable salary but does not contribute much to a project’s progress, or might even retrograde a project’s progress or cause tech debt due to their backwards mentality - similar to SAF they are inefficient and does not leverage on tech well enough. I do not blame them as it is well acknowledged that SAF officers aren’t very bright. They do have their strengths as being willing to work under extreme conditions, so if used in the right role they might even be slightly constructive. Fortunately there are other technology proficient managers at management level to balance their weaknesses. Also software engineers with real skills are overworked but paid extremely low, while those without skills might cruise along and still get the same performance rating. Rating for management would have been 5/5 if there were no ex-SAF personnel involved in managing the tech projects, and software engineers were paid according to market rate.

Pros

Definitely no pros in this department.

Cons

This company is a toxic breeding ground for dysfunction, especially in the aerospace procurement space where precision, collaboration, and professionalism should be non-negotiable. Leadership rules with an iron fist, operating more like a dictatorship than a functioning business. There’s blatant favoritism toward long-term or “legacy” employees, regardless of performance or competence. If you’re new or come from another organization with fresh ideas or broader industry experience, you’re automatically treated as an outsider. Contributions are dismissed, growth is blocked, and you’re constantly undermined by a leadership team that protects its loyal inner circle at all costs even when it harms operations and supplier trust. To top it off, sensitive management information, like who’s been fired, who’s under “watch,” or who’s about to resign, is tossed around in meetings and casual conversations like it’s some kind of joke. This complete lack of discretion and professionalism kills morale and creates a culture of fear and humiliation. Procurement professionals deserve better. If you value integrity, leadership, and actual career development, look elsewhere.
