Corporate and upper management don’t listen or respect employee needs. It’s unorganized and dysfunctional. There is a high turn over rate with management and staff. Staff is overworked and overtired constantly. It’s a difficult atmosphere and environment to work in.

- they nearly have a monopoly on the drawn arc stud industry and they know it so they implement cost savings measures where ever possible - went though 3 rounds of layoffs during my 4 years there and just heard they had another round - all their veteran talent will be retired, take new jobs, or be laid off within the next 5 years - could care less about the end customer
