      Fantastic Company! Perfect First Job After College!

      Pros

      When I started looking for jobs after college I knew that I wanted to find a company with good values and a fun experience. I've found just that! I really do love my job. I love the way that the company is structured and that everyone is younger and like to have fun. We always get out work done, but we even get together outside of the office at least once a week where we can all just hang out and relax. I love this because it's the perfect way for me to get to know my coworkers better! I would recommend this job to anyone that's just graduated college!

      Cons

      I wouldn't really say that there are any cons. The transition from college hours to work hours was a bit tough in the beginning, but I wasn't the only one doing the transition, so we were all able to figure it out together and now waking up in the morning for work is just natural.

We agree that our Management Training Program is great for those right out of college, but is also a solid fit for entry level individuals or marketing/sales professionals looking for a career change.       Business Partners In Training, Not Employees

      Pros

      I love that the managers don't treat you like you're one of their employees. They treat you more like you're a business partner in training. I have never worked somewhere where the president of the company will explain to you why they made a certain decision or why they decided to do this job. I love that everyone has been so honest and open about everything. I feel that I have learned so much but that I still have so much to learn. I really love how I am treated and how everyone treats each other. This was a very important thing to me when I was looking for a job. I wanted somewhere that I would be able to be myself and still get the job done and that's exactly what I've found.

      Cons

      The only con for me is that I live in New Jersey and make the commute to King of Prussia. While I do not think that it's a bad commute, I just hate dealing with rush hour traffic in the mornings on my way to work. I do not think this is a con against the company in any way though.

      Amazing Company with a REAL Opportunity!

      Pros

      I love working for STC Direct! The management team really cares about the success of me. I am a goal oriented person they push me to focus daily on my goals. I have learned so much from my co-workers because everybody understands that we have to work together to get where we want to go. I definitely didn't have that comradery at my last job, it's refreshing to go to work.

      Cons

      The management team sets high standards for us as employees. I believe it is a positive thing but some people may not.
