Pros
-STC provides every employee numerous opportunities for growth/ career advancement. Additionally STC provides flexible and a phenomenal work-life balance. -Like any job, if isn't challenging; you are not learning. Not to mention as a systems engineer, your job is solve complex/difficult problems for customers. The work should never be easy. The number one rule is to ASK for help and if you are unhappy communicate that up to the division manager. The company is great to moving folks around to the area of the company or new program that truly fits their expertise. -This place is what YOU make of it! -The pay is great (much higher than any place I have ever worked), and pay increases are given based on performance vs years of service. - I have never felt more supported than I have at STC (my division manager is so supportive, always checking on me). What a blessing it is to NOT feel as though you are solely a line-item number on a budget but instead part of something incredible! - My career change was a risky leap of faith, but I wouldn't change it for the world!

I'd like a larger laptop screen :). There really is nothing bad to say here and I have worked here over 1.5 years,
