      A "shell company" affilliated to Telepathy Labs

      Pros

      This is more like a sales division from Telepathy Labs. The Stella Platform was an interesting product initially.

      Cons

      The company itself lacks technical substance, relying on a reverse takeover to acquire the tech stack from its parent company. However, the tech team, particularly the CTO, functions more like salespeople than genuine technical experts. There is a complete absence of vision.

      Pros

      Learn new tech. Some of the people are great.

      Cons

      Poor communication, especially cross-functionally. Never really got the sense that the employees are valued as people. Reorgs and layoffs happen, but when they lay someone off they do so as quickly and coldly as you would get rid of a stinky, dirty diaper (and right after assuring you they don't want to lose you, giving you the sense your job is not in jeopardy). Never felt that the company lived up to the promises it made to me when I was hired through when I was laid off.

      Offers remote work, but not worth it!

      Cons

      Toxic environment, management focuses on profit vs people. Smoke and mirrors, software is unreliable and unstable. Dealerships are left hanging costing them thousands!
