Company acquired in 2020 with new leadership in place, creating optimized processes, new jobs, expansion, and a growth environment with opportunity; extraordinary new focus on equity and inclusion; respectful environment where professionals control their own destiny; the whole company runs on a social mission to enhance STEM education and job opportunities.
Cons
Very self-directed environment, so may not appeal to people who need a lot of guidance and instruction; focus is on client outcomes versus internal affairs; the company runs lean which requires a great deal of personal organization to serve member clients.
