      Good people and decent office space

      Cons

      Too cheap and the developers don’t seem to have any urgency to anything. Buying refurbished equipment equals downtime. Benefits are lacking

      No Concern for Employees

      Plenty of work. You won't be bored

      Cons

      Absolutely no concern for employee well being. Company refuses to invest in decent chairs for employees who are required to sit for entire shifts to perform tasks. Chairs are falling apart and have no support. Staff complains constantly about neck and back pain and the management has no ability to fix the problem since they apparently have no money to spend on taking care of employees. Worker's comp claims will eventually convince them to do something about the work conditions.

      Nice Small Company to Work for with Great People

      Pros

      STI is a smaller, privately owned company located outside King of Prussia. The office is business casual and there is a great work -life balance. The people are fantastic and make the place more like a family than actually going to work. The software is very good and constantly evolving to meet certification changes. It can be challenging at times with some additional staffing needs but everyone works together to get the job done.

      Cons

      The only con is typical of the challenges faced by a small company. Little room for growth/career development and benefits are costlier than most places
