The company is a wolf in sheep's clothing. There is extreme nepotism going on in this organization, which has lead to underqualified individuals running major departments within the company. I would warn anyone looking to work here, they track your time up to the minute. They do not validate quality work, they only reward time worked. Working 9 hours a day is considered "minimal effort".

Absolutely Stellar community. Everyone here is eager to meet you and chat. I feel that the culture is then main idea to point out here. Everyone is very friendly, and the company makes it a point for you to meet the managers personally to chat about their position and how it operates. Honorable mentions: Great pay, low stress environment that promotes getting work done in your own way, incredible room for growth. The junior to senior journey is well explained and certainly achievable. Several outlets for giving others kudos for the company to see achievements.

No option for fully remote work.
